Context
An event time change affects room availability, participants and operational responsibilities spread across messages, calendars and separate tools.
Problem and constraints
A change of time or room creates a chain of checks, decisions and notifications. Updating one part while missing another creates avoidable operational risk.
Role
Co-creator with the Loop Closers hackathon team at H-FARM.
Decisions
Reduce the wider H-OS vision to one complete workflow. Language interpretation sits behind adapters; deterministic rules check conflicts and policy. A person approves the final action.
Contribution
Worked with the Loop Closers team to turn the H-OS concept into a focused, demonstrable event-change workflow.
Architecture and implementation
A React/Vite interface connects to a Python domain engine and optional server-side model adapters. The public GitHub Pages build runs a deterministic simulation with synthetic data and mock actions.
Verification
Four reproducible scenarios cover a conflict with an alternative, a free slot, incomplete input and a conflict without alternatives. The repository includes automated tests and a documented security audit.
Limits and non-claims
This is a team-built hackathon prototype. The public demo uses synthetic data and deterministic simulation; bookings and notifications are mocked. Production operation at H-FARM, real email delivery and measured time savings are not established.
